Use of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao image

All graphics of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building used on this website are a registered trademark of the GMBF. The GMBF holds exclusive rights over the usage thereof, and is thus entitled to prevent use of images by unauthorized third parties. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce of any images of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in any format for any purpose without prior written consent from the GMBF.

Data protection policy

In accordance with Spanish Personal Data Protection Act, Organic Law 15/1999 (henceforth, “O.L. 15/1999”), Royal Decree 1720/2007, which approves the General Regulations governing Organic Law 15/1999 (henceforth, “RDLOPD”) and Information and E-Commerce Services Act 34/2002 (henceforth, “LSSI”), the personal information you have voluntarily provided us will be stored in an automated data file of which the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation (GMBF) is solely responsible. The data will be kept to assist users with their individual needs (sending images, product sales, information on activities and benefits, etc.) and for management purposes..

The GMBF does not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make the personal information provided by users in this website available to third parties. Museum Member Privacy Policy

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 and RDLOPD 1720/2007, the data provided upon registration as a Museum Member will be stored in an automated data file owned by the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation (GMBF) and will be processed for the purpose of managing membership-related activities, including customer satisfaction surveys, data update, drawing and raffle winners, and pictures of different activities, both in print and at www.guggenheim-bilbao.es. In addition, according to Spanish Information Society Services Act 34/2002, the GMBF is expressly authorized to send you information by e-mail. Any refusal to process your personal information should be reported within 30 days. Pricing

The prices displayed on this website include VAT (value added tax), exclusively for residents of the European Union and do not include shipping charges.

Delivery charges

All orders will be shipped by DHL according to their current rates. Customers will be informed by e-mail of shipping charges. All shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.

Customs Duties

Customs duties are not included in the price of the product. A link to DHL will be made available on the webside to users making purchases. Here you will find a tool for calculating duties.

Payment

El pago del precio y costes asociados a la entrega se efectuará mediante tarjeta de crédito. A tal fin, la Fundación del Museo Guggenheim Bilbao pone a disposición de los usuarios una pasarela de pago con una entidad bancaria, bajo un entorno seguro.

Title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Returns policy

The user has fifteen days from date of delivery to exchange or to return articles. The user shall be responsible for any additional delivery fees that may apply.

In compliance with applicable law on electronic commerce, the user is entitled to cancel and is not subject to any formality.

The user's right to return products is not applicable for purchases on sound or video recordings, CDs, graphic, literary and/or periodical publications, or on computer programs that have been unsealed by the user, or computer files transmitted electronically, downloaded or immediately reproduced for permanent use.

There is no obligation on the part of the user to provide personal information when using this website. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish law. In compliance with the extension of the applicable law, any disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao. The user expressly renounces any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him or her.
