Accessibility

Web accessibility refers to the ability to access a website and its content by as many people as possible, no matter what their navigation context or physical disabilities.

Navigation context refers to devices, Internet connection speed, peripherals, browser or equipment configuration, environmental conditions, etc.

Disabilities are understood to be visual, auditory, motor or cognitive.

Declaration of Commitment

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao has created a website guaranteeing content accessibility compliant to the accessibility guidelines established by the Working Group WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative www.w3.org/wai belonging to the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

Using the Web standards established by the W3C permits correct viewing of the website on different devices and platforms and the appropriate printing out of its content.

However, for security reasons you must enable JavaScript on your web browser to make purchases at the on-line store. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the privacy of customers' bank details. We are working on the problem and will try to have it solved as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or problems with respect to our website accessibility, please contact us by sending an e-mail to the following address: webmaster@guggenheim-bilbao.es
